Where to Find It

Open any alert from the Notifications tab. On the Preview tab, scroll below the Recipients and Acknowledged by rows to find the push subscription toggle.

How It Works

The toggle controls whether you receive push notifications when this specific alert fires.

  • Toggle on (green) - you are subscribed. You will receive a push notification on your device each time this alert fires.
  • Toggle off - you are unsubscribed from this alert. No push notification will be sent to your device for this alert, even if you are a listed recipient.

Tap the toggle to switch between subscribed and unsubscribed. The change takes effect immediately.

This setting is per-alert and per-device. Muting push for one alert does not affect any other alerts. It also does not affect email notifications - those are controlled separately from the web app.

To turn off push notifications entirely, go to Preferences and disable the push notifications toggle there. See Push Notifications: Setup and What You'll See article for more details.
