The Notifications Tab
Your central inbox for all alerts across every site you have access to - one place to see what's open, what's in progress, and what's been resolved.
Table of Contents
Where to Find It
Tap Notifications in the bottom tab bar. The bell icon shows a badge with the count of unread alerts.
The Two Segments
The screen is split into two segments:
- My Alerts - alerts where you are a recipient, that are still active (Open or In Progress).
- Done - alerts that have been Resolved or Ignored.
Tap a segment to switch between them. The active segment is highlighted in orange and shows the current count in parentheses.
Alerts in both segments are grouped by date, with a date divider between groups.

Reading an Alert Row
In My Alerts, each row shows:
- Severity chip - Critical, High, Medium, or Low
- Status chip - Open or In Progress
- Site name
- Alert title
- The trigger description - a summary of what triggered the alert
- Time since the alert fired (top right)
- An orange dot if the alert is unread

In Done, rows include the same information plus:
- The acknowledging user's name and avatar
- A read/unread indicator circle (right side)

Filtering and Sorting
To filter by alert title: Tap the Type to filter... search bar at the top and start typing. Rows narrow in real time as you type.
To sort the list: Tap the ↓↑ icon to the right of the filter bar to open the Sort By sheet. Options are: Date, Title, Severity, Status, and Acknowledged by. Tap an option to sort by it; tap it again to reverse the order (Ascending ↔ Descending).

To show only unread alerts: Tap ⋮ at the top right, then toggle Only show unread on. The list will hide any alerts you've already read.
Marking Alerts as Read
Single alert: Swipe left on any row to reveal the Mark as read action. Tap it to mark that alert as read.

All alerts at once: Tap ⋮ at the top right, then tap Mark all as read.

Opening an Alert
Tap any row to open the alert detail screen. From there you can read the full trigger description, see who else received the alert, and view incidents.
