What's New
Multi-Site Time View — Compare Data Across Sites

You can now view and compare energy data from multiple sites directly within the Time View. A new Other Sites tab in the tree panel lets you browse and select entities from any site in your portfolio, overlay them on the same chart, and spot trends or anomalies across locations — all without leaving the page.
Key capabilities include:
- Cross-site entity selection — Browse the tree structure of other sites and add their meters or sensors to your current chart for side-by-side comparison.
- Dedicated legend and tooltips — Each cross-site entity is clearly labeled in the chart legend and tooltips, so you always know which site you're looking at.
- Smart empty states — If your account has only one site, you'll see a clear message instead of a blank panel.
- Closable info banners — The information bar about supported entity types can now be dismissed to free up screen space.
- Refined chart interactions — Hovering over a legend item now highlights that series and dims the others, making it easier to focus on a single data line. The refresh and export buttons are also disabled when no entities are selected to prevent accidental empty actions.
- Keyboard shortcut support — Preset time ranges are now accessible via keyboard shortcuts, matching the updated design.
We've also made numerous visual refinements to the tree panel, including corrected alignment, rounded borders, proper spacing, consistent icon styling, and scroll behavior — all contributing to a cleaner, more polished experience.
Enhanced Quick Search — Find What You Need, Faster

The global Quick Search has been significantly upgraded to help you locate sites, devices, and accounts more efficiently.
What's improved:
- Search by sensor serial number — You can now search directly by the serial number of a Panoramic Power sensor, making it much faster to locate a specific device.
- Search by ID — In addition to names, you can now search by site ID, account ID, or device ID for precise lookups.
- Updated partner terminology — Search labels and results now use the latest partner naming conventions for a more consistent experience.
- Scrollable results — When your search returns many matches, the results popover is now scrollable so you can browse the full list without it being cut off.
- Scoped results — Search results are now properly filtered to show only the sites and accounts within your permission scope, and serial number searches no longer return unrelated site or account matches.
Bug Fixes & Reliability Improvements
- Export stability — Resolved an issue where scheduled export jobs could fail due to interrupted metadata logging. Retry logic has been improved so exports complete reliably.
- Manual export scoping — Automated manual exports are now correctly limited to the current site, preventing cross-site export errors.
- Chart gap handling — When the "Gap (null)" display option is selected, isolated data points are now rendered correctly on the chart.
- Measurement type switching — Switching between measurement types in the Time View no longer causes entities to become erroneously unselected or show errors.
- Infrastructure upgrade
