What Changed

The Bridges & Loggers inventory at the Account and Site levels has been replaced with the same modern table already available at the Partner level. Where you previously had a paginated list and a split-panel below the table for sensor details, you now have a single, unified table with inline controls.

Why it matters:

  • No more paging. The table renders all devices in a virtualized list - no "next page" clicks for large inventories.
  • Consistent experience. Account and Site views now match the Partner-level table in look, feel, and capability.
  • More control. Filter, search, show/hide columns, and refresh data - all from the toolbar, without leaving the page.

New Table Experience

The updated table introduces several improvements over the legacy view.

Infinite scroll. Rows load in a virtualized list. Large inventories render quickly, and you scroll continuously instead of clicking through pages.

Row count. The Showing X of Y indicator in the top-right tells you how many devices are visible after any active filters are applied.

Inline refresh. The ↻ button next to the row count reloads the device list without a full page reload. Use it after a status change or a new installation.

CSV export. The ↓ CSV button exports the full dataset as-is. Filters apply to the export - what you see is what you get.

Filtering and Search

Three filter drop-downs appear in the toolbar:

Status - Show only Online or Offline devices.

Connection - Filter by connection type: WiFi, Cellular, or Ethernet.

Security Model - Filter by security level: Authenticated & Encrypted, Authenticated, or Not secured.

You can combine all three filters. Selections within a filter are OR'd; separate filters are AND'd. The Filter search bar on the left searches across all visible columns at once - type a serial number, site name, or model to narrow the list.

Viewing Connected Sensors and Meters

Each row has an expand arrow on the far left. Click it to open an inline panel directly below that row, showing two tabs: Sensors and Meters.

This replaces the old split-panel layout - no more clicking a row and watching the bottom panel update. The detail stays in context, next to the device it belongs to.

Customizing Columns

Click the ☰ (grid) icon at the far right of the column header row to open the Columns panel.

Check or uncheck any column to show or hide it. All columns are available - including HW version, Noise floor, and SIM ICCID, which were hidden by default in the legacy view. You can also resize columns by dragging the column borders.

Adding a Bridge or Logger

Note: The Add bridge/logger button is available at the Site level only. You will not see it at the Account level.

At the Site level, an orange Add bridge/logger button appears in the top-right corner of the toolbar.

Click Add bridge/logger, then choose Bridge or Logger.

Adding a Bridge

Fill in the following fields:

  • Bridge name (required)
  • Serial number (required) - When you enter a valid serial number, the form validates it and shows a read-only block with the recognized Bridge type, HW version, and FW version.
  • Description and notes (optional) - Add context such as the panel location or installation notes.
  • Panels (optional) - Associate the bridge with one or more panels.
  • Install updates - Choose Never to keep the bridge on its current firmware and update manually, or Automatically to install new firmware as soon as it becomes available.

Click Add bridge in the top-right header to save.

Adding a Logger

Fill in the following fields:

  • Logger name (required)
  • Serial number (required)
  • Type (required) - Select the logger type from the dropdown.
  • Description and notes (optional)
  • Logging every - How often the logger records a reading (in minutes).
  • Transmitting every - How often the logger sends recorded data to the platform. Must be equal to or longer than the logging interval.

Click Add logger in the top-right header to save.

Row Actions

Each row has a ⋮ (three-dot) menu at the far right. Click it to access per-device actions.

For bridges:

  • Edit Bridge - Opens the bridge edit form, pre-filled with current values.
  • Uninstall Bridge - Removes the bridge from the site, with a confirmation dialog.

For loggers:

  • Edit Logger - Opens the logger edit form, pre-filled with current values.
  • Delete Logger - Removes the logger, with a confirmation dialog.
