Where to Find It

Tap Preferences in the bottom tab bar (the person icon, far right).

Profile

The profile card at the top shows your name, email address, and role (e.g.user). This information is read-only - it reflects your account as configured by your administrator.

Notifications

The Notifications section controls whether PowerRadar can send alerts to your device.

Tap Push notifications to turn them on or off. When enabled, you'll get a real-time notification on your device whenever an alert fires - even if the app is closed. The Enabled chip turns green when push is on, gray when it's off.

Appearance

The Appearance section lets you choose the app's color theme.

Tap Theme to select one of three options:

• System - follows your device's display settings. If your device switches to dark mode at sunset, the app switches with it.
• Light - always uses the light theme, regardless of device settings.
• Dark - always uses the dark theme.

The active option is highlighted in orange. The change takes effect immediately across the entire app.

Help & Support

Three links are available under Help & Support:

• Help center - opens the PowerRadar help center in your browser.
• Contact support — opens the in-app support screen. Partner users see a form to submit a request directly to the PowerRadar team; site-scope users see their account's designated support provider and contact email. See Contacting Support from the App for a full walkthrough.
• panoramicpower.com - opens the Panoramic Power website in your browser.

Legal

Three documents are available under Legal:

• Privacy policy
• Terms of service
• Cookie policy

Each opens in your browser.

Signing Out

Scroll to the bottom of the Preferences screen to find the Sign out option.

Signing out removes your push notification registration from this device - you will not receive push alerts after signing out. The app version number is shown at the very bottom, which is useful when contacting support.
