The Partner Settings page (under General Preferences in your partner view) is where your company sets up how it appears in PowerRadar. From one page you can:

  • Choose your company's primary contact
  • Add billing emails for invoices and PO information
  • Set the support email your customers use to reach you
  • Upload your logo, so customers see who supports them

Who Can Edit Partner Settings

Only a Partner Owner can change these settings. Partner Admins and Partner Users can open the page and see everything on it, but every field is read-only and the Save changes button doesn't appear.

Opening Partner Settings

  1. Open your partner view in PowerRadar.
  2. In the sidebar, go to General Preferences > Partner Settings.

The page has three cards: Partner details, Account and site support and Partner logo. After making changes on any of them, click Save changes at the bottom of the page. A Changes saved message confirms your update.

Partner Details

This card shows your company's main details.

Field What it is Can you edit it?
Name Your company name, as it appears across PowerRadar. No
Email Your company's main email address. Yes (required)
ERP ID Your company's reference number with Panoramic Power. No
Country Your company's country. No
Primary contact The Partner Owner who is your company's main point of contact. Yes
Billing emails The addresses for your invoices and PO information. Yes

To change your company Name, ERP ID or Country, contact Panoramic Power.

Primary Contact

Choose the person who is your company's main point of contact.

  1. Click the Primary contact list (Select a partner owner).
  2. Choose a name. Only active Partner Owners appear in the list.
  3. Click Save changes.

Good to know

  • No Partner Owners yet? The field shows No partner owners to choose from and can't be used. You can still save your other settings.
  • If your primary contact loses access to PowerRadar, you'll see: "The previous primary contact no longer has access. Choose someone else so notifications keep arriving." Choose a new Partner Owner, then click Save changes.

Billing Emails

Add the addresses where your invoices and PO information should go - for example, your finance team, accounts payable and a named contact.

  1. Click in the Billing emails field.
  2. Type an email address and press Enter. It's added as a tag.
  3. Repeat for each address, up to 10.
  4. Click Save changes.

To remove an address, click the X on its tag.

  • Add one address at a time. Pasting a list separated by semicolons isn't accepted.
  • Invalid addresses are rejected as you add them, with the message "[address] is not a valid email address."
  • Duplicates aren't added twice.
  • This field is optional.

Account and Site Support

This card shows who supports your customers, and the email they use to reach you.

Provided By

Provided by shows who gives support to the accounts and sites you manage: your company, or Panoramic. This setting is read-only. To change it, contact Panoramic Power.

Email for Support Inquiries

This is the address your customers' support questions go to, for example support@yourcompany.com.

  • When your company provides support, this field is required. Customers see this address when they click your logo or name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  • When Panoramic provides support, the field is optional and shows the note "Kept on file. Shown to customers only while you provide support."

Partner Logo

Your logo appears at the bottom of the sidebar when your customers view an account or site you support, under Support provided by. Customers can click it to see your support email. It doesn't appear in your own partner view.

The logo is shown only when your company provides support. If Provided by is set to Panoramic, your customers see Support by Panoramic instead.

Uploading Your Logo

  1. Scroll down to the Partner logo card.
  2. Drag your logo onto the upload area, or click browse to upload to choose a file.
  3. Your file appears with its name, size and dimensions. Click Replace to choose a different file, or X to remove it.
  4. Check the Preview next to your file. It shows your logo on both a Light sidebar and a Dark sidebar, since each user may see either one.
  5. Choose a Background and, if needed, Convert to monochrome (see below).
  6. Click Save changes.

Which Files You Can Use

File types SVG, PNG or JPEG
Maximum size 10 MB
Best shape A wide logo, about 4 times wider than it is tall (4:1)
Minimum width PNG and JPEG logos should be at least 320 pixels wide

Tips for the best result

  • SVG is the sharpest option. An SVG logo stays sharp at any size.
  • Convert text in your SVG to outlines before uploading. If your SVG still contains live text, PowerRadar saves it as an image instead, and shows a warning.
  • Small PNG or JPEG files show a warning that they may look blurry, but you can still save them.
  • Trim extra space around your logo. Empty margins in the file make the logo look smaller in the sidebar.

Choosing a Background

The Background options appear once you've uploaded a logo. Transparent is selected by default.

Option What it does Best for
Transparent Uses your logo's own transparent background. Logos that are readable on both light and dark sidebars.
Light background Places your logo on a light background, so it stays readable on either sidebar. Logos designed for light backgrounds, such as a dark logo on white.

Convert to Monochrome

Select Convert to monochrome to show your logo in a single solid color. This option is available for PNG and SVG files only. The text under the option shows the result:

  • With Transparent: black on light sidebars, white on dark ones.
  • With Light background: black on both sidebars, because the background behind it stays light.
  • JPEG files: monochrome isn't available, because it needs a transparent background. Use a PNG or SVG instead.

Replacing or Removing Your Logo

  • To replace it, click Replace, choose a new file, then click Save changes.
  • To remove it, click the X next to the file name, then click Save changes. Your customers will see your company name instead.

If Your Logo Can't Be Uploaded

Message What to do
This file is not a PNG, JPG or SVG. Save your logo as SVG, PNG or JPEG.
This file is larger than 10 MB. Use a smaller file. For SVG files, this message also appears when the file is over 512 KB - simplify the SVG or export a PNG instead.
This image is small and may look blurry in the sidebar... A warning only. You can still save, but a logo at least 320 px wide will look sharper.
Our security filter blocked this image, so the logo was not saved... Nothing is wrong with your logo - this can happen to any image file. Upload a different version, for example by exporting it again from your design tool.

What Your Customers See

At the bottom of the sidebar, when your customers view an account or site you support:

Situation What customers see When they click
You've uploaded a logo Support provided by and your logo The Contact support provider window opens, showing your logo, company name and support email.
No logo yet Support provided by and your company name The same Contact support provider window.
Sidebar collapsed A small monogram of your company's initials. Hovering shows Support provided by: with your logo or name. The same Contact support provider window.
Panoramic provides support Support by Panoramic Panoramic Power's contact support page.

If more than one partner supports an account or site, the sidebar shows only one of them. All support providers are listed on the account's Support providers page.

The Support Providers Page

Every account has a Support providers page in its sidebar, listing the partners that support it. Your logo appears on your company's card there.

Support providers are assigned to accounts and sites by Panoramic Power. To add or change the support provider for an account or site, contact Panoramic Power.

Note: The partner logo isn't shown in the PowerRadar mobile app. The app's Contact support screen lists your company name and support email.
