The time shown next to an alert on the Site Alerts page is the time of one of its earlier occurrences. It is not always the most recent time the alert fired.

To see the most recent time the alert fired - and every other occurrence - open Alert History on that alert.

To open Alert History:

  1. Go to Alerts in the site sidebar.
  2. Find the alert in the list.
  3. Click the alert name (or the History icon on the row) to open Alert History.

The Alert History view lists every occurrence of that alert with the exact timestamp of each one. Use it whenever you need an accurate, full timeline for a specific alert.
