Automated Reports
Table of Contents
Admin and Deployer Users in the platform can also access and setup some pre-defined templated reports depending on their site scope (i.e., reports visible to a site user are only the reports for their site).
The set of templates include Cost Report, Sustainability Report, and Energy Usage report. They are sent on a Weekly basis and can be created per site.
If you want to make any changes to the templates or have specific reporting needs that are outside of the templated scope above, please contact us to inquire about Custom Reports.
Reports can be accessed by clicking on the clipboard icon via the Site Dashboard.
At the bottom of the screen, click Add Report to add a Single-Site Report.
Cost Report
The Cost Report includes 5 modules:
- Total Consumption Cost - Day to Day (with a previous week comparison)
- Off-Hours Energy Cost per Day (with a previous week total comparison)
- Weekly Consumption Cost of the Top 10 Devices
- Off-Hours Energy Cost of Top 10 Devices (not shown in above image)
- Weekly Cost Heat Map
Note: In order for this report to generate all of the modules, you must assign a Tariff and a Schedule to the site.
Sustainability Report
The Sustainability Report includes 4 modules:
- Total Estimated CO2e Emitted - Day to Day (with a previous week comparison)
- Total Consumption - Day to Day (with a previous week comparison)(not shown in image above)
- Power Consumption vs. Previous Week
- Power Heat Map (with previous month comparison)
Energy Usage Report
The Energy Usage Report includes 3 modules:
- Daily Energy Consumption vs. External Temperature (with a previous week comparison)
- Weekly Energy Consumption by Device [Top 20]
- Site Energy Consumption Boundaries
