Searching for Accounts and Sites
Find any account or site in your scope without navigating through the full hierarchy - just tap Search and type.

Who Has the Search Tab
The Search tab appears in the bottom bar for all multi-site users - account, partner, and above. It is not available to single-site users, who open directly into their site and navigate from there.
Searching by Name
Tap the search bar and type at least two characters. Results appear grouped by type:
- Sites - matching site names
- Accounts - matching account names
- Partners - matching partner names
A count next to each group header shows how many total matches exist. Up to 15 results are shown per group. If there are more, refine your search to narrow down the results.
Results are limited to entities within your access level - you will only see sites, accounts, and partners you have permission to open.
Recent Searches
Before you start typing, the search screen shows your recent searches. Tap any entry to navigate directly to that entity again without retyping.
Opening a Result
Tap any result to open it. The app navigates directly to that site, account, or partner - no need to step through the full hierarchy.
Coming Soon
The following search capabilities are planned for a future update:
- Search by sensor serial number - find a sensor directly by its serial number.
- Search by site or account ID - look up a site or account using its numeric ID.
