Enabling MFA Registration & Login for New User Update Phone Number in Personal Preferences

Enabling MFA

Implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users greatly enhances Account-Level Security.

Once MFA is enabled for the account, all new user invitations will require the use of MFA.

To enable MFA, navigate to: Settings > Security > MFA

Registration & Login for New User

When a new user is invited to join the platform, they are required to complete their registration details, including: name, password, and phone number for MFA. If you leave the phone number field empty, the MFA method will opt for via Email method instead.

Enter you password again to login to your account after registration.

The final step of the user login process with MFA is to enter the 6 digit code that was sent to your phone number or email address. If a code was not received, their is an option to Resend Code or if it is via Email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Update Phone Number in Personal Preferences

Once registered and logged into the platform, you can easily update your mobile number for MFA under Personal Preferences. Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and click on Personal Preferences.

Update your phone number in the appropriate box and click 'Validate phone'.

Enter the 6 digit code received to your updated phone number via SMS and click 'Verify'.

If this process is completed successfully, a green icon will appear at the bottom of your screen - 'Your phone number has been validated'. Click ' 'Update' to save the changes made.
